For mining blasting holes

The sub-hole drilling machine adopts a design principle of combining impact and rotation. It arranges the holes according to the requirements of each site. The drill bit is driven by a pneumatic impact device to precisely break the rocks, and the rotation mechanism is used to enhance the drilling efficiency.

Used for road grouting through passageways, it can quickly penetrate hard road surfaces.

The subsoil drilling machine adopts a combined technology of impact and rotation, along with a compressed air slag removal system, and can achieve high-speed drilling on hard road surfaces such as concrete and asphalt.

Used for slope support

The multi-functional submersible drilling rig offers various angles and, compared with traditional manual drilling, its efficiency is increased by more than 5 times; compared with rotary drilling rigs, its energy consumption is reduced by 30%, and it can complete inclined hole operations without the need for pre-drilled guiding holes.

Requirements for aperture size in the photovoltaic industry

Large torque models are suitable for photovoltaic holes. Soft soil layers can be used to achieve simultaneous drilling and soil extraction by installing a spiral drill bit. In photovoltaic sites with loose soil (such as deserts and mountains), the spiral drill bit can quickly rotate the soil out of the hole, increasing the single-hole soil extraction volume by more than 30%, effectively reducing the cost of later manual hole cleaning. For hard rock layers, large-sized impacters can be used for efficient drilling.
