Q: What should I pay attention to before machine operation?

A: Note: Each grease nipple should be filled with grease before starting the machine, and added once a week in the future. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the relationship between the handle action and the drilling truck's moving speed before the drilling truck is started.
1) Transport the drill truck to the site, according to the location of the hole drilling, consider the wind direction to drive the drill truck to the appropriate position (diesel engine against the wind);
2) Check carefully whether the parking position of the drill truck is stable and whether each connecting bolt is tightened, and adjust and tighten them respectively according to the requirements;
3) Check carefully to make sure that all pipelines are connected without error, joints are firmly connected, and there will be no oil or gas leakage;
4) Check whether the oil mister has been filled with oil and make sure that the amount of oil is discharged during operation;
5) Before the test machine manipulation handle all placed in the middle position, the impact valve is placed in the closed position;
6) Open the impact valve, blow clean the pipeline sediment and other spoils (each subsequent drill rod, before connecting to the drill rod should be blown clean of debris) and then close the impact valve, respectively, connected to the drill rod and the impactor (in this process should prevent debris from entering the impactor inside, otherwise the impactor should be disassembled and cleaned), gently push the propulsion handle, to be the brazier head through the front of the guide rail positioning sleeve. Q: How to drill a hole?
