Q: How to open the hole?
A: If you have done the debugging and preparation work, you can directly carry out the operation.
Raise the slide plate to the upper limit position, then turn on the air inlet switch, evacuate for 3~5 minutes, blow out the debris and water in the air inlet pipe, and then screw the impactor tightly. Turn on the cycloid reducer, no-load test run is normal, and then slowly open the propeller cylinder, so that the drill bit is placed on the working surface, at this time should be a small damper into the air rock drilling, to be drilled into the 500mm or so, before you can be a full damper into the air impact rock drilling. In the process of drilling, depending on how fast or slow the footage is, adjust the maneuvering handle appropriately, so that the drilling tool always maintains a certain propelling force (the propelling force should be appropriate when the slide frame does not float), and at the same time, pay attention to observing whether the oil mister is supplied with oil and adjust the amount of oil supplied.
Note: Use small pushing force when opening the hole, never allow the frame to top off the ground, so as not to overturn the frame and hurt people!
Q: How to connect the drill pipe?
A: (1) When the lower flat side of the transition joint of the drill pipe is close to the end face of the positioning sleeve, stop the inlet shock and rotary advance.
(2) Insert a long spanner into the lower flat square of the drill pipe transition joint and snap it firmly. At this time, if the wrench is easy to loosen, you can slightly advance the spanner, but don't press it too hard.
(3) When the long spanner hits the block, the reducer reverses the rotation to loosen the threads of the drilling rod transition joint and the drilling rod ferrule [with flat square hole], and then slowly raises it while reversing the rotation, and then stops the rotation and quickly raises it when it is completely disengaged.
(4) When lifting to the upper end of the guide rail, stop lifting, then remove the long spanner stuck on the over-wave joint. Prepare to pick up the drill pipe.
(5) Remove any dirt from the drill pipe [so that it does not get into the impactor], then put the lower end of the drill pipe [female threaded end] on the transition joint of the drill pipe and twist it slightly by hand for a few turns. Slowly push the upper end of the drill pipe [external threaded end] into the drill pipe ferrule, and then push the drill pipe and the drill pipe connecting flange threaded securely while rotating positively. Stop pushing and rotating, take out the impactor locating sleeve and put it in place [the locating sleeve is only used to guide the impactor when impacting the hole, do not fall into the hole], then the rig can continue to work.
